DOUBLE WEEKEND BAYLOR POSITION
Work two days. Get paid for five shifts!
Earn 37.5 hours of full-time pay each week while working a double shift every Saturday and Sunday. Plus, enjoy a schedule that works with your life:
- Earn an extra 7.5 hours of pay. Work 30 hours and receive an additional 7.5 hours of pay through our fifth-shift bonus program.
- Keep your weekdays open. Make more room for family, school, appointments, and other priorities.
- Enjoy a predictable schedule. Work two scheduled 15-hour shifts every weekend.
The Double Weekend Baylor position is available to CNAs, LPNs, and RNs.
CNA AND LPN PAY JUST GOT BETTER

Your hard work deserves to be recognized. That’s why we’re introducing new, higher wage scales for CNAs and LPNs, with pay that reflects your experience and opportunities to keep growing.
CNA Starting Pay
Starting wage: $22.13 per hour
Your experience counts! New CNA hires can receive credit for 50% of their previous years as a CNA when determining their starting pay.
Experience-Based LPN Pay
Your skills are worth more.
- Experience counts: New LPN hires receive credit for 50% of their previous years as a licensed practical nurse when determining starting pay.
- Earn more on select shifts: Eligible full-time and part-time LPN positions on second or third shift receive an additional 10% of base pay. This differential does not apply to Double Weekend Baylor nurses. CNAs do not receive a shift differential.
