The Meadows

Our apartments are situated on a 23-acre campus-like setting in suburban New Hartford. Choose a studio, one- or two-bedroom apartment fully equipped with an electric range, refrigerator, individual room thermostat controls and wall-to-wall carpeting. Utilities such as electricity, water and heat are included. Our ground-level units offer spacious patios, while our second-floor apartments feature balconies with expansive views.

Our state-of-the-art Wellness Center is steps away and is designed with older adults in mind, and features equipment specifically designed to meet your needs. The Wellness Center also boasts a dry sauna which is not only great for detoxification and relaxation, but also is good for your heart, arthritis, circulation, and metabolism.  

Our Friendship House offers a variety of activities that include luncheons, holiday events, coffee hour and more.

This luxury independent living retirement community offers older adults wonderful, worry-free, retirement living. Nestled on 40 acres, at Preswick Glen you can enjoy walking paths, bird watching, gardening, bocce ball, access to the therapy pool and more. Relax by the Koi pond and celebrate at our picnic and barbecue areas.

Apartments and Cottages

Our apartments and duplex cottages offer one- and two-bedroom layouts with a full- bath, full- and half-bath, two full-baths and the option of a den. All feature mini blinds for privacy and carpeting for added comfort. In addition, both offer private porches/patios, a washer and dryer, dishwasher, stove, refrigerator and garbage disposal. 

Community Center

Savor fine dining and socializing with friends and neighbors in the dining room or surprise a loved one by hosting a party in the private dining room. Feed your passion and find new talents in the game room, arts and crafts room or home workshop. The community center also features a beauty/barber shop and activities, as well as multi-purpose rooms and a fitness room.
